Our Services

Echoes offers digital products and services to its customers via web and mobile applications to collect, harmonize, and analyze data from connected motor vehicles, enabling mobility providers and fleet managers to leverage this data (data from automotive equipment manufacturers). This Privacy Statement applies to these products and services as well as to the associated platforms and applications.

Echoes is a member of the Moving Intelligence group, which specializes in security and communication solutions for vehicles and mobile assets. The group develops, manufactures, and sells hardware for data collection, as well as software for the collection, processing, integration, and analysis of data (in real time).

Legal basis for data processing

We will only collect and process your personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so. The following legal bases apply:

• The processing is necessary for the performance of your agreement.

In principle, decisions regarding the purposes and means of processing personal data are made by Echoes, which acts as the controller of such personal data.
