Day to day

Four things that slip in every fleet, and how Fleet Agent fixes them.

Leases spread across lessor portals.

Fleet Agent puts every lease, from every lessor, on one planner alongside your owned vehicles.

Service dates in a spreadsheet.

Fleet Agent sets reminders by each vehicle’s engine type, by mileage or time, ready to book.

Repairs and invoices lost in email.

Fleet Agent keeps a service book for each vehicle, with garage, price and odometer reading.

Mileage nobody checks against the contract.

Fleet Agent projects every lease to contract end and flags vehicles running over or under their allowance.

Everything your fleet team manages, in one place.

01

Fleet administration and lease contract management

Add vehicles one by one or in bulk: drop in registration certificates as photos or PDFs, or an Excel or CSV list. Automatic recognition extracts the details and shows them for review before any vehicle is created. Each lease records the lessor, monthly rent, delivery and end dates, and the mileage allowance.

02

Fleet maintenance scheduling

As fleet maintenance software, Fleet Agent sets service reminders that follow each vehicle’s engine type and trigger at the first threshold reached, by mileage or by time since the last service. Connected vehicles add alerts from the dashboard, and any alarm can become a planned action in the vehicle calendar.

Adjust thresholds vehicle by vehicle

03

Fleet cost and contract control

Follow mileage used against each lease allowance and see projected kilometres at contract end, with an estimate of the overrun cost. Contracts ending within 90 days surface on the dashboard. Every service records garage, price and odometer, so annual service spend per vehicle builds itself.

Which fleet management software is right for your fleet?

Fleet management and maintenance software comes in three families, and the right one depends on what you need to manage: where your vehicles are, or what they need and what they cost.

Best fit. Echoes Fleet Agent fits companies running around 50 to 250 cars and vans, often leased from several lessors, who plan services and track leases in spreadsheets today. Larger fleets use it by splitting their vehicles into several fleets.

Not the best fit if you mainly need live tracking or fuel and energy consumption. Start with telematics instead, such as Echoes CarFleet.

What fleet teams say.

We chose Echoes because it doesn’t require any external hardware installation (and therefore no installation costs or the hassle of maintaining a database).

Frequently asked questions.

Still unsure? Talk to our team.

What is fleet management software?

Fleet management software brings together everything about a company’s vehicles: contracts, maintenance, costs, mileage and documents. It helps the fleet team plan services, follow spending and see deadlines coming, instead of rebuilding them from spreadsheets and emails.

What is vehicle lifecycle management?

It covers a vehicle from registration and contract start to handback or resale: servicing, tests, costs and contract terms along the way. Echoes Fleet Agent puts that on one planner for each vehicle.

Do I need telematics or a device?

No. You can start with registration documents and spreadsheets. Connecting vehicles through Echoes manufacturer data adds live odometer readings and fault-code alerts.

How do I add my vehicles?

Upload registration certificates as photos or PDFs, or an Excel or CSV list. Several files can be processed at once, and you review the extracted details before any vehicle is created.

How are maintenance reminders calculated?

Each operation, such as an oil filter or a roadworthiness test, has a mileage or time threshold, and the reminder triggers at whichever comes first. If the engine type is not set, generic thresholds apply until you add it. You can change thresholds per vehicle.

Can it warn me about lease mileage overruns?

Yes. It compares mileage used with the contract allowance, projects kilometres at contract end and estimates the overrun cost, so you can reassign or re-plan the vehicle in time.

Which brands work with connected data?

Echoes connects to nearly 40 manufacturers, and our team confirms coverage for your fleet before you start.

I already use CarFleet. What changes?

Echoes Fleet Agent opens in the same Echoes workspace with your vehicles already listed; you choose which products each vehicle uses.

How much does fleet management software cost?

Most fleet management software is priced per vehicle per month. Echoes Fleet Agent price depends on modules and fleet size, with no hardware to buy and no installation fees.

How does fleet management software help reduce TCO?

TCO, or total cost of ownership, is everything a vehicle costs over its time in your fleet. Echoes Fleet Agent shows lease costs, servicing and mileage overruns vehicle by vehicle, so you avoid end-of-contract penalties, plan maintenance before a breakdown and spot the vehicles that cost the most.

Is my data secure?

Echoes complies with the GDPR and hosts data in Europe.

How long does setup take?

Most of the work is uploading your documents; automatic recognition does the rest. Most fleets are up and running within a few minutes.

What is the best fleet management software for a mid-sized fleet?

There is no single best tool; it depends on what you manage. For 50 to 250 cars and vans, look for software that starts from your existing documents, covers every lessor, uses real mileage from the vehicle rather than declarations, and needs no hardware. Echoes Fleet Agent is built around those four points.

Is Echoes Fleet Agent suitable for large fleets?

Yes. Above 250 vehicles, you split the fleet into several fleets, each with its own users, and follow everything from the fleet planning view.

Which fleet management software works without hardware?

Software that reads data from the vehicle’s factory-fitted connectivity needs no box. Echoes Fleet Agent uses manufacturer data from nearly 40 brands, and works from documents alone for vehicles that are not connected.

Is there fleet management software that uses manufacturer (OEM) data?

Yes. Several telematics platforms now read manufacturer data; Echoes Fleet Agent uses it to run the admin itself, with lease projections from the real odometer and maintenance alerts from fault codes. Echoes has 850,000 connected vehicles today.

Which fleet management software is available in several European languages?

Echoes Fleet Agent is available in English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish.

Who makes Echoes Fleet Agent?

Echoes, the OEM-native fleet platform of the Moving Intelligence Group, which also includes TDS Ultra and Moving Intelligence. Echoes also makes CarFleet for real-time telematics, CarLocate for geolocation and security, and CarCollect, a vehicle data API.
