Moving Intelligence and Echoes Appoint Mathieu Chènebit as New President

ZALTBOMMEL/ BERLIN/ MANCHESTER/ TOULON, April 2, 2025 – Moving Intelligence & Echoes, a leading European provider of connected vehicle and smart fleet management solutions, announced today the appointment of Mathieu Chènebit as its new president, effective April 1, 2025. 

Mathieu Chènebit, who founded and led Echoes since 2020, will now assume the presidency of the combined group, succeeding Patrick Horst, who successfully led Moving Intelligence since 2012. Patrick Horst will remain closely involved with the organization and will be appointed chairman of the board of directors effective April 1, 2025.  

This strategic leadership transition strengthens the group’s stability and its commitment to its vision of becoming Europe’s leading provider of vehicle tracking and fleet management software solutions by 2030.

His leadership will focus on enhancing the group’s full suite of solutions—based in Europe and developed in-house—including secure asset tracking, sustainable fleet management, and smart mobility services.
