As we expand internationally, we’re looking for strong business developers who are passionate about building new markets from the ground up.
Your Mission
As an international business developer, you’ll be at the forefront of Echoes’ global expansion strategy, entering new markets, leading market development efforts, driving new revenue, and forming strategic partnerships. You don’t wait for leads to come to you. You know where to look, how to engage, and how to close deals. You’re a go-getter with a strong drive to break into new markets.

What You'll Do
- Drive international market development: Research, identify, and enter high-potential markets across Europe and beyond
- Drive new business: Identify, pitch, and close new enterprise deals with fleet operators, leasing companies, and mobility providers
- Execute with precision: Build and manage a robust pipeline, lead complex negotiations, and consistently meet (or exceed) targets
- Engage at a strategic level: Understand customer needs, position Echoes’ value proposition, and build long-term client relationships
Mandatory requirements
- 5–10+ years of proven experience in international B2B sales and SaaS solutions.
- A strong drive to seek out and develop new business.
- A hunter mentality—you are proactive, competitive, and laser-focused on building the pipeline and closing deals
- Proven track record of identifying new markets and driving revenue growth from the ground up
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse regions
- Fluent in English and one other European language (not French)
Nice to have
- Comfortable working in a remote, self-managed, well-organized, and fast-paced startup environment
- An existing network within rental, leasing, or large fleet companies
- Experience with automotive technology or telematics
