Echoes is looking for a full-time business developer for the France region. Location: Clichy.

About Echoes

Echoes is a leader in connected vehicle data. We collect data directly from OEMs across all brands and models and standardize it into a universal format so that B2B mobility services can use it within minutes.

We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for an experienced business developer with a true hunter mindset to accelerate our growth in France.

This role isn't for everyone

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys selling—especially when it’s challenging. Someone who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and building something from scratch.
If you prefer inbound leads, established processes, constant support tools, or an easy product to sell, this is not the right role for you.

You won’t inherit a pipeline. You’ll build it yourself.
You’ll thrive here if you’re driven by making money, motivated by results, and curious enough to constantly learn, adapt, and improve.

For us, mindset and curiosity are what matter most. Skills, experience, and product knowledge are important, but the right attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for prospecting are what define success in this role.

Compensation

We believe that outstanding sales performance should be rewarded.
Compensation is structured to reward top performers: OTE is 50% base salary and 50% variable pay.
