About the Position
We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Account Manager who can enhance the customer experience and turn every relationship into a lasting partnership.

Your responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business clients
- Building lasting, trusting relationships with decision-makers and users
- Monitor the performance and usage of the solutions on a regular basis
- Work with internal teams under the supervision of the Sales Director for France
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings and processes through customer feedback
- Represent the company at client events and trade shows
Your profile
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B account management, ideally in the SaaS sector
- A natural ability to build relationships, listen to, and understand customers
- Comfortable proactively engaging with customers through various channels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and develop value propositions
- Impeccable organization, reliability, and attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM tools and digital sales environments
Bonus (optional)
- Experience in the fleet, telematics, SaaS, automotive, or mobility sectors
- Proficiency in English is a major asset
