Your role as a Business Developer
- Drive market development: research, identify, and enter high-potential international markets
- Generate new business: prospect, pitch, and close major new contracts with fleet managers, leasing companies, and mobility solution providers
- Execute with precision: build and manage a robust pipeline, conduct complex negotiations, and consistently meet (or even exceed) objectives
- Engage at a strategic level: understand customer needs, position Echoes’ value proposition, and build lasting customer relationships
Essential Prerequisites
- 5 to 10 years (or more) of proven experience in international B2B sales and SaaS solutions
- A strong appetite for pursuing and developing new business opportunities
- You have a hunter mindset; you’re proactive, competitive, and focused on building a pipeline and closing deals
- Proven success in identifying new international markets and driving revenue growth from scratch
- Fluency in English, plus one additional European language (excluding French)
Desirable qualities:
- An existing network in the rental, leasing, or large corporate fleet sectors
- Experience in automotive technology or telematics
