Moving Intelligence and Echoes appoint Mathieu Chènebit as their new Chief Executive Officer

ZALTBOMMEL/ BERLIN/ MANCHESTER/ TOULON, April 2, 2025 – Moving Intelligence & Echoes, Europe-wide providers of connected vehicle solutions and intelligent fleet management, today announced the appointment of Mathieu Chènebit as their new CEO, effective April 1, 2025.

Mathieu Chènebit, who has served as CEO of Echoes since 2020, will now assume overall leadership of the combined group, succeeding Patrick Horst, who has successfully led Moving Intelligence since 2012. Patrick Horst will remain closely associated with the company and will join the Executive Board effective April 1, 2025.

This strategic leadership transition underscores the Group’s stability and its commitment to the vision of becoming the leading European provider of vehicle tracking and fleet management software solutions by 2030.

Mathieu Chènebits’ appointment comes at a critical time, as the fleet management industry is undergoing rapid technological change, as evidenced by the implementation of AI in fleet software and the shift toward sustainable mobility. Under his leadership, the focus will be on enhancing the Group’s comprehensive portfolio of European, in-house developed solutions, including secure asset tracking, sustainable fleet management, and smart mobility services.
