Echoes is the European leader in providing OEM-embedded telematics data solutions to B2B customers in the mobility, rental, and fleet management industries.
As we expand internationally, we’re looking for strong, experienced international business developers who are passionate about building new markets from the ground up.
About the Role
As an international business developer, you’ll be at the forefront of Echoes’ global expansion strategy, targeting the Polish market, driving new revenue, and forming strategic partnerships. You don’t wait for leads to come to you. You know where to look, how to engage, and how to close deals. You’re a hunter with a strong drive to break into new markets.
What You’ll Do
- Market development: Research, identify, and enter high-potential markets in Poland
- Drive new business: Prospect, pitch, and close new enterprise deals with fleet operators, leasing companies, and mobility providers
- Execute with precision: Build and manage a robust pipeline, lead complex negotiations, and consistently meet (or exceed) targets
- Engage at a strategic level: Understand customer needs, position Echoes’ value proposition, and build long-term client relationships
Hard requirements:
- 5–10+ years of proven experience in international B2B sales and SaaS solutions
- Strong drive to seek out and develop new business
- A hunter mentality—you are proactive, competitive, and highly focused on building the pipeline and closing deals
- Has a proven track record of identifying new international markets and driving revenue growth from the ground up
- Fluent in English and Polish
Nice to have:
- An existing network within rental, leasing, or large fleet companies
- Experience with automotive technology or telematics
