About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll identify new business opportunities, speak with decision-makers, and help build a strong sales pipeline for our team.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Generate your own leads and build a pipeline from scratch
- Prospect proactively and consistently
- Win new customers with persistence, creativity, and credibility
- Manage the full sales cycle through to close
What You’ll Do
- Researching potential customers and target accounts.
- Reaching out via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualifying leads and understanding their business needs.
- Booking product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
- Keeping our CRM up to date.
- Working closely with the marketing team on campaigns and sharing customer feedback.
You’ll receive support and coaching to develop your sales skills while contributing to the company’s growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, technology, or SaaS.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using digital tools and willing to learn CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Motivated by targets and achieving results.
- Based within commuting distance of the Manchester Area and able to work in a hybrid environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
- Interest in mobility, automotive technology, telematics, or fleet management.
- Experience using CRM software or sales tools.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience in business or a related field.
