We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Account Executive – Growth & Expansion who can enhance the customer experience and turn every relationship into a lasting partnership.

At Echoes, an Account Executive – Growth & Expansion doesn’t just manage a portfolio—they develop it, nurture it, and help it grow. 

Your responsibilities 

Manage a portfolio of business clients  
Identify opportunities within existing accounts: upsells, cross-sells, and fleet expansion. 
Build a lasting relationship of trust with decision-makers and users. 
Monitor the performance and usage of the solutions on a regular basis. 
Work closely with internal teams under the supervision of the Sales Director for France. 
Help us continuously improve our offerings and processes based on customer feedback. 
Represent the company at client events and trade shows.

Your profile 

At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, ideally in the SaaS sector 
A natural ability to build rapport, listen to, and understand customers 
Comfortable with proactively engaging customers through various channels 
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service. 
Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and developing value propositions. 
Impeccable organization, reliability, and attention to detail 
Proficient with CRM tools and digital sales environments
