Our platform powers digital transformation across leading mobility operators by providing real-time, standardized data directly from connected vehicles through robust APIs and verticalized SaaS products.
As we expand internationally, we’re looking for strong business developers who are energized by building new markets from the ground up.
Your Mission
As a international business developer, you’ll be at the forefront of Echoes’ global expansion strategy, tackling new markets, owning market development, driving new revenue, and forming strategic partnerships. You’re not waiting for leads. You know where to look, how to engage, and how to close. You are a hunter and have a strong appetite for opening new territories.

What You'll Do
- Own international market development: Research, identify, and penetrate high-potential markets across Europe and beyond
- Drive net-new business: Prospect, pitch, and close new enterprise deals with fleet operators, leasing companies, and mobility providers
- Execute with precision: Build and manage a strong pipeline, drive complex negotiations, and consistently hit (or exceed) targets
- Engage at a strategic level: Understand customer needs, position Echoes’ value proposition, and establish long-term client relationships
Hard requirements
- 5-10+ years proven track record in international B2B sales and SaaS solutions.
- Strong appetite in hunting and developing new business.
- A hunter mentality - you are proactive, competitive, and laser-focused on pipeline creation and deal closure
- Demonstrated success in identifying new markets and driving revenue growth from scratch
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies
- Fluent in English. Any additional European languages like Italian are a strong plus
Nice to have
- Comfortable in a remote, self-managed, well organized, and fast-paced scale-up environment
- An existing network within rental or leasing or large fleet companies
- Experience with automotive tech, or telematics
