Echoes Connected Conference 2026 – see you in Frankfurt on 29 January 2026
Berlin, 20 November 2025 — Echoes, the European leader in connected fleet and vehicle data management, will hold its annual conference on Thursday, 29 January 2026, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on the theme ‘The cost of not know your costs’.
Following the success of the first Echoes Connected Conference (EC²), which brought together more than 250 people in Paris on 16 January 2025, Echoes is organising a second edition of its international event for short-term rental operators, leasing companies and corporate fleet managers.
It will be held on 29 January 2026 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in the heart of Europe, with the same objective embodied by the slogan ‘driving the future of vehicle data’: to highlight the added value of vehicle data provided by car manufacturers during a day of conferences, exchanges of best practices and networking. This vast amount of accurate, real-time data, generated by the connectivity installed by manufacturers in new vehicles, is fuelling a revolution in the security and management of vehicle fleets.

For its second edition, the Echoes Connected Conference will be dedicated to a specific theme that will serve as a common thread throughout the day: ‘The cost of not knowing your costs’.
The aim will be to analyse and anticipate changes in vehicle operating and ownership costs for corporate fleets, rental companies and lessors, in a context of global increases in car prices, energy costs and new constraints related to regulation and electrification. This new context is driving costs that fleet managers are unfamiliar with and tend to underestimate. At the heart of Echoes’ vision is the belief that connectivity and vehicle data from manufacturers can and must contribute to controlling and reducing these costs.
A dozen prestigious speakers will address this topic in greater depth. They will include leasing companies, short-term rental operators, corporate fleet managers, B2B automotive market specialists and data protection professionals. Not to mention experts from major car manufacturers such as Stellantis, Renault, Tesla, the Volkswagen Group, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc.
