We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for an experiencedMarketing Manager with a true hunter mindset to accelerate our growth in Germany.

Your role as a Business Developer
- Generate your own leads and build a sales pipeline from scratch
- Reach out proactively and consistently
- Win new customers through persistence, creativity, and credibility
- Manage the entire sales cycle through to closing
What You’ll Do
- A true hunter who enjoys prospecting and competing
- More than five years of proven success in B2B business development
- Confident in cold outreach, follow-ups, and asking the right sales questions
- Curious, motivated, resilient, and performance-driven
- Professional communication skills and strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and English
This role is for someone who doesn't just like the product, but believes in the spirit of building, creating opportunities, and winning.

Compensation
We believe that outstanding sales performance should be rewarded.
Compensation is structured to reward top performers: OTE is 50% base salary and 50% variable pay.
