About the Role
We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Account Executive – Growth & Expansion who can enhance the customer experience and turn every relationship into a lasting partnership.

At Echoes, an Account Executive – Growth & Expansion doesn’t just manage a portfolio—he or she develops it, nurtures it, and helps it grow.
Your responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business clients
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts: upsells, cross-sells, and fleet expansion.
- Build a lasting relationship of trust with decision-makers and users.
- Monitor the performance and usage of the solutions on a regular basis.
- Work closely with internal teams under the supervision of the Sales Director for France.
- Help us continuously improve our offerings and processes based on customer feedback.
- Represent the company at client events and trade shows.
Your profile
- At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, ideally in the SaaS sector
- A natural ability to build rapport, listen to, and understand customers
- Comfortable with proactively engaging customers through various channels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and developing value propositions.
- Impeccable organization, reliability, and attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM tools and digital sales environments
Bonus (optional)
- Experience in the fleet, telematics, SaaS, automotive, or mobility sectors
- Fluency in English is a major asset
