Job description
The Customer Success Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality support to business clients through email and a ticketing system. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to understand and resolve customer issues related to products, services, or platforms. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and customer-centric, as customer satisfaction is always our first priority.
What You’ll Do
- Primary point of contact for business clients, delivering timely and accurate support
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and document solutions using internal systems like Hubspot and Jira
- Support the customer in their day-to-day fleet management
- Manage support tickets from creation to resolution, ensuring proper follow-up and communication
- Collaborate with the technical Support, Product, Engineering and Sales teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Identify patterns in customer inquiries and contribute to process or product improvements
- Educate customers on best practices, new features, and product updates
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support or account-management experience (preferably in B2B customer support)
- Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot, and work with tools like Hubspot and Jira
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French
- Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian are a significant advantage

- Experience working with business customers (B2B)
