(senior) Business Developer - France
Echoes is looking for a full-time business developer for the region of France. Location: Clichy.
About Echoes
Echoes is a leader in connected vehicle data. We collect data directly from OEMs across all brands and models and harmonize it into a universal format so B2B mobility services can use it within minutes.
We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for an experienced Business Developer with a true hunter mindset to accelerate our development in France.
This role is not for everyone
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys selling – especially when it is challenging. Someone who gains energy from prospecting, opening doors, and building something where nothing yet exists.
If you prefer inbound leads, ready-made processes, constant support tools, or an easy product to sell, this is not the right role.
You will not inherit a pipeline. You will build it yourself.
You will succeed here if you are driven by earning money, motivated by results, and curious enough to constantly learn, adjust, and improve.
For us, mindset and curiosity exceed everything. Skills, experience, and product knowledge matter, but the right attitude, resilience, and genuine love for prospecting are what define success in this role.
Your missions as a Business Developer
- Generate your own leads and build a pipeline from scratch
- Prospect proactively and consistently
- Win new customers with persistence, creativity, and credibility
- Manage the full sales cycle through to close
Who we are looking for
- A true hunter who enjoys prospecting and competing
- More than 5 years of proven success in B2B business development
- Confident in cold outreach, follow-ups, and asking the right sales questions
- Curious, motivated, resilient, and driven by performance
- Professional communication skills and strong negotiation capability
- Fluent in French and English

Compensation
We believe great selling should be rewarded.
Compensation is structured for high performers: OTE is 50% base / 50% variable.
