2024 has been a pivotal year, marked by strong European partnerships, new international client launches, and significant growth in the rental and leasing markets. Early this year, Echoes merged with Moving Intelligence, a Dutch leader in asset tracking and security. Together, we aim to become the European leader in telematics and connected vehicle solutions within five years.
As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and accelerate revenue growth in UK and Ireland.
Position Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for leading our prospects and driving revenue growth across key defined markets in UK and Ireland. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of understanding market trends, identifying key targets and establishing strong customer relationships. We are looking for a hunter willing to contribute in developing the business activity, closing new deals and driving results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Together with the Sales team, execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize target markets and segments for expansion, and develop tailored sales plans to penetrate these markets effectively.
- Success will be measured on the closing skills and the number of deals closed and vehicles connected.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related work experience;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales,
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the SaaS industry, preferably in the vehicle telematics or related technology sectors.
- Strong appetite and high motivation for developing and hunting new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Self-disciplined and well organized for this position in remote.
