2024 has been a pivotal year, marked by strong European partnerships, new international client launches, and significant growth in the rental and leasing markets. Early this year, Echoes merged with Moving Intelligence, a Dutch leader in asset tracking and security. Together, we aim to become the European leader in telematics and connected vehicle solutions within five years.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be guiding the B2B sales team that is dedicated to selling SaaS vehicle data solutions. Your attention will be entirely focused on supervising, motivating, and driving your team’s performance. You are responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets, which will be defined based on the team in place.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of B2B sales representatives on a daily basis
- Organize individual and weekly team meetings
- Identify skill development needs and provide tailored coaching
- Ensure proper adoption of sales processes (CRM, sales methodology, reporting, etc.)
- Recruit and grow the sales team to reach the appropriate size for addressing the French market
- Inspire and mobilize the team around sales goals
- Build a strong team spirit through challenges, rituals, and a performance-driven culture
- Ensure consistency in sales communication and alignment with the company’s strategy
- Support account executives during client meetings to help accelerate the decision-making process
- Master the company’s solutions to serve as a knowledge base for the team’s commercial approach
- Track key KPIs: forecast accuracy, conversion rate, sales cycle length, churn, etc.
- Implement and follow up on action plans if needed
- Report team results to the Sales Director France
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3+ years proven experience in managing B2B sales teams
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and performance management techniques
- Leadership skills, active listening, ability to foster growth and team cohesion
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and results-driven
- Fluency in French and English as you will be part of an international organization
- Willingness to work from the office 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
